Delivery times
The delivery time for our products is usually 4 to 7 business days. Please note that many items are ordered specifically for your order. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed, particularly when smaller orders are combined with a larger bulk order to achieve economic and environmental benefits.

Should there be a longer delivery time, we will inform you immediately and provide you with an estimated delivery date. If you do not wish to wait in such a case, you naturally have the right to cancel your order free of charge.

A notice: The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and again before you complete your order. We offer free shipping within Austria for orders over €200.

Delays and availability Please note that certain items with individual customizations (e.g., stringing, tuning) or less frequently requested products may have longer lead times. Delays may also occur during periods of low stock or high demand. We thank you for your understanding and strive to provide you with the best possible service.

International shipments (outside of Germany/Austria) For deliveries to countries other than Austria and Germany, please contact us in advance. Any customs duties or import taxes incurred for deliveries to non-EU countries are to be borne by the buyer.
